Every job starts with a real diagnosis rather than a parts swap. A refrigerator that will not cool might be a failed cooling unit, but far more often it is a low-voltage supply, a blocked flue, a bad thermistor or an unlevel coach starving the boiler. A roof leak showing up over the dinette is usually not above the dinette at all — water tracks along rafters from a failed vent flange or a shrunken sealant bead metres away. We chase the actual cause, explain what we found in plain language, quote before we work and put the old part in your hand when we are done.
