What to tell us when you call
The more detail you give us on the first call, the more likely the repair is finished in one visit. Useful details include the year, make and model of your RV, whether it is a travel trailer, fifth wheel, Class A, B or C motorhome, toy hauler or truck camper, and where the unit is parked right now — a driveway, storage lot, RV park, campground or the side of a highway. Tell us what the symptom actually looks like rather than what you think caused it: an air conditioner that runs but never cools points at a different failure than one that trips the breaker; a refrigerator that works on shore power but not propane is usually a burner, thermocouple or control-board issue rather than a dead cooling unit; a slide-out that groans and stalls halfway is usually a motor, gear or seal problem long before it is a controller fault.
Also mention whether you are on shore power, generator or battery, whether the rig is currently liveable, and whether you have a trip booked. We prioritise emergencies where an RV is someone's only accommodation, or where a fault makes the unit unsafe to tow or drive — failed brakes and bearings, exposed wiring, propane smells and structural roof damage all move to the front of the schedule.
Mobile service or shop drop-off?
Most repairs are completed on site. Our vans carry common capacitors, thermostats, control boards, heating elements, fittings, sealant, slide components and diagnostic equipment, so single-appliance faults, roof resealing, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing leaks and awning work are usually handled wherever your RV sits. Mobile service saves you towing costs and keeps the rig usable while you wait.
Larger jobs are better in the shop at 3011 N Park Dr, Stillwater, OK 74075. Structural roof rebuilds, full slide-out mechanism replacement, water-damage repair, floor and wall delamination and any job that needs a controlled, dry space over several days belong in a bay rather than a driveway. Shop work is by appointment only so we can plan bay space and parts before your RV arrives — call first and we will tell you honestly which option fits the fault, and what the difference in cost and turnaround looks like.
How pricing and scheduling work
We diagnose before we quote. The technician confirms the symptom, tests the circuit, appliance or seal involved, then explains what failed, what it takes to fix it and what it costs before any work begins. Pricing follows the fault, not your ZIP code, and you will not see surprise line items on the invoice. If a part has to be ordered, you get a firm return window rather than a vague promise, and workmanship is backed by our warranty.
We work with owners' own insurance and extended-warranty claims where they apply, including hail and storm damage, which is common across Oklahoma. Same-day and emergency appointments are sometimes available depending on the day and where our technicians already are on the route, so it is always worth calling (405) 724-6195 even at short notice. Booking online is the easiest way to lock in a routine service, de-winterising, seasonal inspection or pre-trip check.
